NITELINER GOLF TOURS TERMS

All bookings are made and accepted in accordance with the following terms and conditions which form the basis of your contract with Niteliner® Golf Tours.

Booking confirmation & deposit

The person who makes the booking does so on behalf of all parties. When a departure date has been finalized and accepted by the client Niteliner® Golf Tours require a deposit of 50% of the total cost within 14 days. If the booking is made within 4 weeks of the date of departure, Niteliner® Golf Tours require full payment to be made at the time of booking. Only when the deposit has been received will Niteliner® Golf Tours confirm your booking and Coach arrangements.

Payment of final balance

Final payment of the balance is due 4 weeks prior to the client's date of departure. If the payment is not received by the due date Niteliner® Golf Tours reserve the right to cancel the trip in its entirety. In such events the deposit shall not be refunded. Please note that you may not receive a reminder that the final payment is due.

Alterations to a booking

Niteliner® Golf Tours  will endeavor to accommodate any changes the client wishes to make up to 4 weeks prior to departure. There shall be no administrative fee for this service, however, any additional costs that are incurred as a result of said changes shall be charged to the client accordingly. Please note non refundable deposits and prepayments already made may be lost. Any alterations within 4 weeks of your departure will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply. (Please see below.)

Changes made by Niteliner® Golf Tours

Niteliner® Golf Tours  will not cancel your booking unless it is necessary to do so as a result of force majeure or if the client has failed to pay the invoice balance. In the unlikely event we have to cancel the vacation we will offer another holiday of at least similar standard or a refund of all monies within 14 days of your decision not to accept the alternative offered. While every effort is made by Niteliner® Golf Tours to ensure the accuracy of our descriptions of services, accommodation and information provided, the company is not always able to control all elements of the journey and it is possible that facilities may be withdrawn or changed due to weather conditions, maintenance or other circumstances beyond our control. Niteliner® Golf Tours will advise the client of any major changes they are aware of.

Force majeure

Niteliner® Golf Tours will not be liable for additional expenses incurred through travel delay, Acts of God, or events beyond our control. Force majeure constitutes any unusual or unforeseeable events which are beyond our control such as war or the threat of it, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fires or adverse weather conditions.

Forfeited tee times

If you have to forfeit any tee times for any reason during your vacation (whether for personal reasons or a reason out of your control i.e. the weather) Niteliner® Golf Tours will be unable to refund you for any lost monies. This is due to the fact that we have to pre pay each of the golf courses for all rounds in order to secure and guarantee them as part of your itinerary. If at all possible we will try to rearrange tee times so that you do not loose any of your pre paid rounds of golf but we can not guarantee that the course diaries will permit this.

Price guarantee

We reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices at any time. If you accept the price of your vacation as quoted at the time of booking and pay the full amount, your holiday price will be totally guaranteed against any further price rises. If you decide not to take advantage of this scheme the client can pay their 50% deposit and the final 50% may reflect any necessary price increases as a result of currency or fuel price fluctuation. Niteliner® Golf Tours will absorb the first 2%. If the increase exceeds 10% of the total holiday cost the client will be entitled to a full refund.

Niteliner® Golf Tours responsibilities

Niteliner® Golf Tours shall provide the client with travel arrangements in accordance with the contract and accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by our employees. Niteliner® Golf Tours will give all reasonable help resolving any dispute with independent third parties.

All tickets and arrangements made by Niteliner® Golf Tours for transport and accommodation are made by us on the condition that we shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay which may be cased by defects on the transport vehicle or by the negligence of the vehicle driver. Niteliner® Golf Tours will not be liable for death, personal injury, or illness caused by any member of the client party.

Your responsibilities

Niteliner® Coach

Client shall reimburse Niteliner® Golf Tours for any loss or damage to the coach caused by the negligence or other fault of the Client and/or any passengers designated by Client. Client shall not be responsible for reasonable wear and tear to the coach. If at any time during the course of the journey the Client or its designees shall cause excessive loss or damage to the coach, whether by reason or wilful conduct, negligence or other fault, Niteliner® Golf Tours or the driver shall be entitled to discontinue the Coach journey and shall otherwise be excused from further performance under this agreement. However, in such event the Client shall be liable for all rent due to date plus any additional days that said coach may be inoperable due to damages. Niteliner® Golf Tours shall not be liable for loss or damage to baggage or cargo, or for delay, death or personal injuries to passengers arising out of or in connection with transportation and services to be rendered hereunder unless such loss, damage, delay, death, or personal injury is the direct result of either negligence or misconduct on the part of, or affiliated parties of the Niteliner® Golf Tours.

Insurance

Niteliner® Golf Tours  strongly recommend for the clients own protection that they take out insurance to cover them in the event of forced cancellation, loss or damage of luggage, personal injury, accident or illness. Niteliner® Golf Tours also strongly recommend that if using a hire car during your trip you take out comprehensive car insurance for the duration. It is each party member’s responsibility to ensure that they possess all the necessary passports, visas, health certificates as required by law, as well as golf handicap certificates, driver's licenses and any other travel documentation. Niteliner® Golf Tours  will not be liable for loss of service or extra expenses incurred due to a lack of such documentation. No credit or refund will be given for any unused services included in the price for any lost, mislaid or destroyed travel documents.

Complaints

If you have a complaint while on your trip you should immediately notify the local supplier (Niteliner® Coach, hotel or golf course) and inform Niteliner® Golf Tours at the earliest opportunity by emailing us at info@NitelinerGolfTours.com. If the matter is not resolved, full details must be forwarded in writing to our registered office within 28 days. If you do not act immediately and Niteliner® Golf Tours or our suppliers are left unaware of the problem it will not be possible for us to resolve your complaint and you effectively forfeit any claims against us. (We are here to help).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Handicap certificate

All members of your group are required to carry a current handicap certificate. Many courses will require handicap certificates before accepting visitors on the course. Niteliner® Golf Tours accept no responsibility if you are refused play due to an inability to comply with the course's requirements.

Dress code

Appropriate attire should be worn at all times on the course and in the clubhouse. Niteliner® Golf Tours accepts no responsibility if any members of the group are refused access to the course or the clubhouse due to inappropriate attire.

Tee Times

Niteliner® Golf Tours will make every endeavor to confirm tee-times but courses do reserve the right to alter tee-times. We will always offer you the nearest possible alternative. Most PGA courses will allow two ball groups if requested, but on most occasions due to a high volume of players you may be requested to pair up with other golfers to play as a four ball.

Playing conditions

Although the standard of the courses we have selected (PGA rated) is generally excellent we are unable to always be aware of when course maintenance may be undertaken.  Niteliner® Golf Tours can therefore not be held responsible for the condition of the golf courses during your trip, but please advise us, we will take this up with the course.
